How to become a ToyHouse (LEGO) Customer

Thank you for finding us to learn more about how to carry the LEGO® brand in your store. ToyHouse LLC is the exclusive partner distributor to LEGO Systems, Inc.  ToyHouse provides the smaller independent and specialty stores in the United States LEGO products to sell consumers.

Once we have received all required information; the Customer Application, a copy of your sales certificate or business license and photos of your store front, and inside where you would display your LEGO products, we will review and notify you within 24 hours of your status.

If you have been approved, one of our trained sales specialist will call you to discuss the details, including margins, assortment selection, and most importantly the benefits of carrying the LEGO Brand in your store.  At this point, you will gain access to our ToyHouseLLC.com customer site to write your first LEGO order!  

ToyHouse will help you create the perfect initial LEGO order, to ensure you have the LEGO assortment that fits your target customers. You will then be called on a routine basis to update you on product launches, performance reviews and more importantly help you grow your business with the most recognized brand in the world.

What is the benefit of having a ToyHouse LLC account?

As an approved ToyHouse LLC  customer, you will have access to the core assortment of LEGO® products. ToyHouse is the exclusive LEGO distributor partner to smaller specialty and independent retailers in the United States. We also have licensed LEGO Storage products from Room Copenhagen available to our customers.

 

What do I need to do to buy LEGO products from ToyHouse?

All customers must be qualified to sell LEGO. This means at this time, no 3rd party resellers will be accepted. If you have a brick and mortar store, sell exclusively on your own website, or both, please fill out the new customer application HERE Then send  photos of your store, including where you would merchandise LEGO, and a copy of your resale certificate/business license to info@toyhousellc.com.

 

Why do you need pictures of my store?

ToyHouse LLC has an exclusive partnership with LEGO, where we are brand ambassadors. During the approval process, we look at the pictures to make sure LEGO products would be a good fit in your store.

 

Is your website a secure site?

ToyHouse respects your privacy. We will only collect and share your data to conduct business with you for the sole purpose of providing you the best products and services available. Our site is secure and has valid certifications.
